  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain a full set of accounts, including relevant schedules and listings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Ensure financial reports align with the company’s policies, accounting standards, statutory, and tax requirements.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, including preparing financial statements, management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and monthly cash flow reports.
  • Review management accounts and financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate costing of inventory, including materials, duties, and freight.
  • Oversee stock management processes, including physical stock counts, variance resolution, and managing write-offs.
  • Assist in cash flow projections and treasury management.
  • Prepare monthly submissions for Hong Leong Financial Reporting.
  • Collaborate with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretaries, and government authorities on financial and company-related matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for management meetings (MM, SMM, EXCO, QSBM, etc.).
  • Manage SST, taxation, and deferred tax requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Professional qualification in accounting, i.e. CPA, ACCA or CIMA or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years of working experience in similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
