SALES KITCHEN CABINET (Working From Home)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Generate leads and actively prospect for new business opportunities.

3. Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals.

4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of kitchen cabinets.

5. Assist clients in selecting the appropriate kitchen cabinets based on their budget, style preferences, and space requirements.

6. Collaborate with the design team to create customized kitchen cabinet solutions for clients.

7. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales.

8. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and installation of kitchen cabinets.

9. Stay updated about the latest industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.

10. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen cabinet industry or a related field such as home improvement or interior design.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and build relationships.

3. Ability to understand client needs and provide personalized solutions.

4. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

5. Knowledge of kitchen design, cabinetry materials, and construction techniques is preferred.

6. Proficient in using computer software and technology tools for sales presentations and order processing.

7. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

10. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client locations as required.

Pay: RM4,500.00 per month
