- Troubleshoot any potential or actual delays effectively and promptly.
- Ensure engagement and clear communication with the internal operations team and any other related departments to maintain smooth shipment movement and commitment to the platform.
- Develop a deep understanding of order performance-related matters within the current operation.
- Escalate issues beyond control to the Network Control Centre Team Lead for resolution.
- Build a strong community culture with high standards and strong organizational values.
- Ensure service professionalism, availability, and adherence to high-quality standards.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Communicate and write effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with China shipment.
- Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
- Self-motivated and focused on exceeding set goals.
- Comfortable adapting to new technologies and incorporating them into workflows.
- Preferably min 1 year of experience in the logistics field.
- Willingness to work in shifts and relocate or be based in Sepang if necessary.
