Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
• Greet customers warmly and address inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Provide accurate information about driving courses, schedules, and fees.
• Assist with scheduling lessons, theory classes, and tests.
Communication:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
• Relay important messages to relevant departments and follow up with customers.
Administrative Support:
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
• Maintain student records and assist with financial documentation.
• Coordinate class schedules with instructors and manage inventory.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and proactively address concerns.
Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Share information and support colleagues during peak periods.
Requirement with Qualifications:
• Minimum of high school or diploma and equivalent, further education in customer service, administration, or related field is an advance.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and customer relationship management
