  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To Call & Negotiate with customers for payments & repayment plans.
  • Make outbound calls to remind delinquent account holders about their overdue payments.
  • To ensure payment dues are collected
  • Ensure that collection actions taken are within corporate guidelines and collection policies.
  • Manage and achieve daily productivity standards in achieving targets for monthly collection, and call attempts.
  • To comply with the client’s rules and regulations

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM
  • Must be able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Applicants with or without experience may apply.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills are required for this position.
  • Possess positive attitude, pleasant personality, and MUST be computer literate.
  • Good listener and have a strong mindset.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
  • Experience candidate would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
