  • Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales process, managing operational activities, and ensuring alignment between sales strategies and operational efficiency.

  • Oversees daily activities such as staffing, scheduling and customer relations
  • Introduced a scheduling system to ensure sufficient number of workers are available to support events
  • Manage all event operations including preparing venue, food and beverages, cleaning and security.
  • Manage multiple different vendors from different service backgrounds to deliver high quality event services to the clients.
  • Created equipment management process that reduce the damages to equipment during setup and clean up.
  • SCOPE OF SALES :
  • Build up business by identifying new business prospects and sells event and venue services to them
  • Increased new customers interest while maintaining a good rapport with existing customers reflecting in high number of events held in MECC.
  • Able to connect customers’ needs to the correct vendor as solutions that ensure high customers’ satisfaction.
  • Retain and develop existing database of clients which in return maximized company’s profit.
  • Ensure high quality service, on time and to budget by managing client delivery projects which dovetails and leads to successful account management.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to drive sales growth and identify opportunities for improvement.
