JOB DESCRIPTION
1. ESTABLISH AND CARRY OUT DEPARTMENTAL OR ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
2. MANAGING STAFF, PERFORM AUDITS & REVIEW CALLS.
3. MAKING SURE EMPLOYEES THAT REPORT TO YOU MEET PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS.
4. PROVIDE COACHING & TRAININGS.
5. GIVING INSTRUCTIONS OR ORDERS TO SUBORDINATE EMPLOYEES.
6. RESPONDING TO EMAILS & REPORTING ON STAFF'S PERFORMANCE.
7. MEETING DEADLINES.
8. ENSURE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL LEVELS.
9. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
REQUIREMENTS
1. FRESH GRADUATES (DIPLOMA/ DEGREE) ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
2. EXPERIENCE AS SUPERVISOR OR RELEVANT ROLE IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
3. ABILITY TO LEARN A VARIETY OF JOB DESCRIPTIONS.
4. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
5. EYE FOR DETAIL AND ACCURACY.
6. RELIABLE, WITH HIGH INTEGRITY AND STRONG WORK ETHIC.
7. ABILITY TO WORK AS PART OF A TEAM.
