Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the logistics department, including data entry, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with the planning, scheduling, and tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, purchase orders, and other related paperwork.
  • Serve as the point of contact between customers carriers, and the logistics team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Assist in managing inventory records and updating stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Monitor the status of shipments and provide regular updates to the logistics team, ensuring that any issues or delays are addressed promptly.

Qualifications:

  • SPM, diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or business administration are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in logistics or a related administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics regulations is an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
