Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the logistics department, including data entry, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
- Assist with the planning, scheduling, and tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, purchase orders, and other related paperwork.
- Serve as the point of contact between customers carriers, and the logistics team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Assist in managing inventory records and updating stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Monitor the status of shipments and provide regular updates to the logistics team, ensuring that any issues or delays are addressed promptly.
Qualifications:
- SPM, diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or business administration are an advantage.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in logistics or a related administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics regulations is an advantage.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
