Vending Machines Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Vending Machine Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a fleet of vending machines. This role requires strong organizational, logistical, and problem-solving skills. The position demands flexibility and a willingness to work outside of standard business hours. The Operations Manager will oversee machine maintenance, inventory management, route planning, and staff supervision to ensure efficient and profitable vending machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of a fleet of vending machines, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
• Develop and implement efficient route plans for servicing vending machines.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of products and minimizing waste.
• Supervise and train vending machine technicians and route drivers.
• Maintain accurate records of machine performance, sales data, and inventory levels.
• Perform regular inspections of vending machines to identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure timely repairs and servicing of machines.
• Manage relationships with product suppliers and distributors.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Travel to various locations for machine servicing and inspections (outstation work as required).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Strong organizational, logistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and route planning tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to various locations.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as well as occasional outstation work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,449.20 - RM8,881.97 per month
