  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cost estimates and prepare tender documents
  • Manage project finances and ensure cost control
  • Collaborate with construction teams to monitor project progress
  • Analyze construction plans and prepare detailed reports on costs
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Utilize software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and other tools for construction estimating
  • Oversee project budgets and ensure adherence to financial regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction site operations and project management
  • Proficiency in cost control, pricing, and contract management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Certification in relevant areas is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
