The Assistant Customer Service Manager assists the Customer Service Manager in overseeing a team of customer service agents responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback related to restaurant and vending machine operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Service Manager in the daily supervision and management of a team of customer service agents.
  • Monitor agent performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Assist agents in resolving complex customer issues and complaints.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to customer service agents, fostering professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer service performance and key metrics.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service training programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve cross-functional customer issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (as needed).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,437.11 - RM5,146.56 per month
