Daily Stock Management:
- Assist the sales team with the issuance and tracking of daily stock.
- Pack and prepare stock for distribution
- Regularly monitor and check inventory levels to ensure accuracy
- Manage stock transfers and ensure timely deliveries.
Warehouse Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Ensure all stock is stored correctly and safely.
- Conduct periodic warehouse audits to ensure stock is up to date and in good condition.
24-Hours Mart Servicing (Penang Island):
- Regularly check stock levels at the 24-hour mart as per assigned schedule.
- Replenish stock as needed to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate stock transfers between the warehouse and the 24-hour mart.
Inventory Control:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock movements
- Assist in monthly or quarterly stock audits.
- Report discrepancies in stock levels of damaged items
Administrative Duties:
- Assist with data entry and filing of stock-related documents.
- Prepare reports on stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and replenishments needs.
Working Day: Monday to Saturday (10am - 6pm)
Qualifications : Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Experience : Fresh graduates or SPM school leavers are encourage to apply
Required Skills :
- Prior experience in stock management, warehouse management operations, or merchandising is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel to Penang Island for stock checks at the 24-hour mart.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
