Construction Maintenance Specialist
1. Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards.
2.Attend site coordination meetings and provide progress updates to the project manager and client.
3.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality aligns with project drawings and specifications.
4.Equipment maintenance: Regularly maintain the company’s facilities and equipment;
5. Facility maintenance: Responsible for the overall maintenance and coordination of facilities and equipment to ensure normal daily operation without abnormality;
6. Decoration follow-up: Responsible for the follow-up and acceptance of engineering decoration, and control the progress and quality of store decoration;
7. Cost control: Responsible for cost control of repairs, maintenance and decoration;
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Supervisor or in an equivalent role within the construction or Equipment Maintenane industry.
- Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge and other software skills will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Valid construction supervisor or project management certification is highly desirable.
