E-commerce Junior Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic E-commerce Junior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media postings, providing exceptional customer service to customers interested in purchasing car parts, and taking high-quality pictures of car parts for our online store. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and promotions. Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding car parts through email, phone, and social media. Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and resolving any issues or concerns. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Product Photography: Take high-quality pictures of car parts to be used on the e-commerce platform and social media. Ensure images are clear, well-lit, and accurately represent the products. Edit and upload images to the online store and social media platforms. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Photography, or a related field. Proven experience in social media management, customer service, and photography. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
