CSX Holdings is a real estate investment group with diversified investments in range of investment areas, including rental apartments, office buildings. We are seeking a good attitude people to join our team at CSX Holdings Sdn Bhd in Bukit Rimau , Shah Alam. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Job Descriptions:
1. Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and physical records, email, general office support.
2. Providing support to the wider team as required, including light bookkeeping.
3. Process invoices and payments to vendors and suppliers.
4. Issue invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
5. Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
6. Verify the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings for proper recordkeeping.
7. Ad-hock task assigned by the superior.
Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent.
Fresh graduate or less than one year experience are encouraged to apply.
PC literate in Microsoft Office
Able to work independently
Capable of multitasking and maintaining high integrity.
Immediate availability to start work is preferred.
Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
