Warehouse Executive

• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
• Interface with internal department to answer questions or solve problems.
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Ensure all employees comply with the S.O.P. and Rules & Regulations.
• Ensure daily goods loading completed within the targeted timeline.
• Collect packing list from Sales Coordinator and delegate to subordinates.
• Conduct daily goods QC, record and inform Purchasing Department if any goods damage.
• Conduct periodic stock check for selected items, goods location / zone checking to ensure all goods in correct locations.
• Ensure all received goods transfer to correct location / zone according to the packing list.
• Ensure all goods out from the location according to the packing list.
• Confer and coordinate activities with other departments, including stock movement, stock transfer etc.
• Ensure daily cleanliness and hygienic of the warehouse premise.
• Managing daily store activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by the Direct Superior.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
