Location: Malaysia (with focus on supporting activities across Asia)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting our consultants and ensuring efficient operations across multiple projects and industries within the Asia region.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing expenses for consultants working across different time zones in Asia.
- Client Coordination: Serve as a primary contact point for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Project Assistance: Support consultants with project management tasks, including research, data analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations.
- Logistics Coordination: Organize logistics for meetings, conferences, and workshops, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Navigate cultural nuances and language differences effectively when liaising with stakeholders across Asia.
- Documentation and Database Management: Maintain accurate records, files, and project documentation using company systems and tools.
- Grant application and coordination with stakeholders and clients : Assisting in the grant submission and application
- Assisting and coordinating the company Directors in all aspects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience (2+ years) in administrative support, project coordination, or client-facing roles, preferably in a consulting or multinational environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English; proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaborative tools and project management software.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate time zone differences across Asia.
