Vacancy for 1 position, we prefer girl:
1.0 location of work Johor Bahru area, our office located at Permas Jaya
2.0 Work Scope :
2.1 Manage all administrator related job
2.2 Must know how to drive and have license, very rare but need to send do and invoice to client site
2.3 Take all punch card of worker and make simple summary of hours work and ot, send to account exec
2.4 Positive thinking and open heart for doing any work related to admin
2.5 Must be able to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel software
2.6 Must know how to write proper email and reply email
3.0 To help HR related job like manage Staff Leave form, attendance, personal information
4.0 Prepare Quotation, Invoice Delivery Order and Purchase Order in AutoCount software instruct by Engineering Manager
5.0 To help key in accounting related like receipt, purchase item, salary in AutoCount software
6.0 Have good attitude and person that open and willing to learn new things
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
