Purchasing Executive - Mandarin needed - Liaise with China market

Location : Setia Alam

Industry : Steel manufacturing

Skills : Degree, English and Mandarin speaker, Minimum 3 years experience in Purchasing (Direct / Indirect)

Requirements :

• Degree in Admin or any related
• Minimum 3 years experience in Purchasing
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply (must know Mandarin and have good attitude)

Responsibilities :

• Daily and Purchasing activities.
• Sourcing goods and services, review Purchase Order and liaising with the requester on any materials needed
• Monitoring and coordinating deliver/shipment of the cargo/vessel to meet deadline.
• Handling claims for defective items with vendors/suppliers or contractors.
• Providing weekly/monthly report which align with the ISO certification.
• Managing intercompany documentation, including PR and PO, and ensuring proper alignment of documents.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
