Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR and Administrative Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to building and strengthening our business operations. This role involves managing human resources functions, administrative tasks, and contributing to the development and growth of KRW Sport & Entertainment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude, capable of wearing multiple hats to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance evaluations, and training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Build a positive and inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and a well-organized work environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office needs and services.
  • Handle contract management, filing systems, and documentation processes.
  • Support budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation in collaboration with the finance team.

Business Development Support:

  • Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of initiatives to grow the business.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing, sales, and operations teams as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff to ensure smooth communication and alignment with business objectives.
  • Take on special projects and assignments to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative operations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and take initiative in diverse tasks.
