Job Description and Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries regarding spa services, treatments, and promotions.
- Assist guests with booking appointments, making recommendations for services, and ensuring special requests are noted.
- Ensure that all guest requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner, providing personalized service where possible.
- Assist with various tasks as required by the team or management.
Qualifications:
- Education/Experience:
- Min SPM or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in receptionist, customer service, preferably in a spa, hotel, or wellness environment, is an advantage.
Skills:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must have basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
