Job Description and Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries regarding spa services, treatments, and promotions.
  • Assist guests with booking appointments, making recommendations for services, and ensuring special requests are noted.
  • Ensure that all guest requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner, providing personalized service where possible.
  • Assist with various tasks as required by the team or management.

Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience:
  • Min SPM or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in receptionist, customer service, preferably in a spa, hotel, or wellness environment, is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

  • Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
