Junior Sales Marketing Executive

The Mission You Will Take on - What You Will Do

• Conduct market research and market mapping to stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various channels not limited to cold call, email, social media, networking events etc
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Attend business conferences, meetings, expo, and industry events when needed
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the industry and share knowledge with HOD
• Prepare and send proposals to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements and business objectives.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with potential clients or partners to discuss business opportunities
• Update client companies’ information accurately in CRM system, leverage CRM to streamline sales process to re-target potential prospects
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time based on business requirements

What you will bring

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Preferably 1 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Experience in social media management or market analysis is a plus (leveraging Mass Comm skills).
• Enjoys exploring new trends, industries, or technologies
• Strong networker, outspoken, fast paced and quick thinking, able to respond to clients request promptly
• Good communication & business presentation skills
• Proficient in both English and Malay/Mandarin
• Got own transport vehicle for travelling
