Job Scope:
Hardware support - Solving end user PC hardware problem such as CPU, UPS, printers, etc.
Hardware administration - Inventory control of IT hardware. Asset tagging if required.
Hardware upgrades - Perform IT hardware upgrade as required. New hardware installation and setup.
Software support - Solving end user PC software and applications issue such as Windows, ERP, antivirus, etc.
Software administration - Manage local machine user right, email, etc.
Software updates - MS Windows or FedEx applications patching. Installation of new software.
Case management - Case updating and closure of assigned case.
Basic project handling.
Join other team for testing / issue troubleshooting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- IT support: 1 year (Preferred)
