Service Crew

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing courteous services to customers by assisting them in the selection of our products and recommend appropriately if required. Other responsibilities include performing general housekeeping and cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings, laying of tables and up-keeping of rest room, etc.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a service associate you should be committed to providing customers with excellent service and you are expected to be positive, friendly, and polite. Good knowledge in pastries and coffee is a plus point and your role and duties assigned to you by your superior on a daily rotation basis include the following:

Cashier Service

• Welcome customers, inform them about specials or new items, answer questions, accept orders and collect payments.
• Prepare food, such as sandwiches or baked goods, serve items to customers and package food and beverages for take-away orders.
• Deal with returns and refunds as and when required.
• Maintain & responsible for cash control over register drawer and verify for correctness and accuracy.
• Assist with other tasks as and when required including managing display shelves and packaging of foods.

Bar Counter Duties

• Prepare drinks, grind and blend coffee beans, brew coffee and tea, and serve the items to customers.
• Clean and restock work at dining areas, clear trash.
• Replenish inventory behind the bar counter.
• Assist on other tasks including managing display shelves and packaging of foods.

Customer Services

• Welcome customers, inform them about specials or new items, answer questions, and thank the customer when leaving the store.
• Prepare foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, replenish products in display cases and ensure selling floor visual merchandize is organised and displayed prominently.
• Clean and sanitize dining areas after customers have left.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations. quality controls and ensure cleanliness of the store at all times.
• Receive and verify stocks quantity delivered to outlet daily before arranging to display all products in selling floor.
• Help with other tasks as needed including managing display shelves and packaging of food
• Clean and restock work at dining areas, clear trash.

SPM/Diploma Qualifications

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Preferably with working experience from F&B Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
