Key Responsibilities: Operational Tasks: Carry out operational tasks required for a smooth service day and guests memorable experiences. Service Setup: Ensure the restaurant is always fit-for-service - this includes but is not limited to checking the availability of food items and special menu, guest reservation status, service area setup, preparing the cash register and payment machines, housekeeping, inventory receipt and management. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, attending to their needs promptly and courteously. Payment Management: Be vigilant to ensure that guests remember to pay their bills before they leave. Handling payment transactions accurately and efficiently. Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve all drinks and beverages as per order, ensuring quality and consistency. Job Scope: Host: Tend to the queue, welcoming and seating guests in a friendly manner. Cashier: Handle payment transactions and address customer complaints with professionalism. Server: Attend to guests' needs, ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience. Food Runner: Cross-check and deliver orders to tables efficiently. Beverages: Prepare beverages according to customer orders.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
