Job Duties:
- Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, or service configuration, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate unresolved technical problems to relevant departments or engineers while ensuring effective communication with customers throughout the process.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, as well as industry trends, to assist customers more effectively.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s ticketing system.
Qualification
- Education: At least SPM , or Diploma graduate.
- Experience: Fresh grads are welcome to apply
