Job Brief

The main duties and responsibilities of a consultant is to handle the end to end recruitment process. A consultant is also required to collaborate and work with colleagues to reach personal and team targets. You will also be involved in candidate management and employee relations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct full cycle of recruitment activities for our clientele (industrial & commercial)
  • Understand client's recruitment requirements and its background
  • Source suitable candidates for various positions by using various recruitment methods such as headhunting, referrals, job advertisements, social medias, database and others
  • Responsible for initial selection, screening, shortlisting and pre-screen interview to determine and provide suitable candidates for clients
  • Assist client in arranging and scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates
  • Manage both client and candidates' expectations such as salary negotiation, employment benefit packages, joining date and others
  • Use creative methods to expand resume bank database collection
  • Involve in candidate and stakeholder management
  • Serving as a appointed consultant with the assigned clients
  • Fostering long-term relationships with clients.
  • Offer consultation, facilitation and resolution for workplace issues.
  • Assists in communications between employees and supervisors, corrective action and planning, disciplinary actions, and explanation and clarification of the company policies and procedures.
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, HR advise and placement procedures
  • Actively involved and working very closely with Contract Admin (CA) in managing the HR related issues such as absenteeism, tardiness, grievances and others by providing counseling and alternative solutions to clients and candidates

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree and above with relevant experience in recruitment
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Excellent spoken and written ability in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to communicate all levels
  • Confident and pleasant personality
  • Enjoy responsibilities and able to work in a high-pressured environment

Job Details

  • Working days : Monday - Friday
  • Working hours : 9am - 6pm
  • Working location : Menara UOA Bangsar (Nearby LRT Bank Rakyat - Bangsar)
  • Salary : up to RM 3500 (based on experience) & fresh graduates (up to RM 2700)
