1. Classroom Instruction- Prepare, plan, and deliver engaging lessons in conventional and hybrid ODL formats.
- Use diverse instructional strategies and teaching tools to accommodate different learning styles and enhance student engagement.
- Ensure that all classes align with program objectives and accreditation standards.
2. Course Material Development- Design and develop comprehensive course materials, including syllabi, lecture notes, assignments, and assessments.
- Regularly update materials to reflect the latest developments in the respective field of study.
- Foster a thorough understanding of core concepts to enhance learning outcomes.
3. Student Assessment- Create, evaluate, and grade assessments, ensuring they align with program objectives and accreditation standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and understanding.
4. Student Progression and Evaluation- Monitor and report on student progression throughout the semester.
- Work with academic advisors to identify and support students at risk.
- Provide timely evaluations and ensure students receive the necessary support to succeed academically.
5. Student Records and Reporting- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and grades.
- Submit all required reports and data within designated deadlines.
6. Academic Support- Offer guidance and support to students through regular office hours, email, and virtual consultations.
- Address individual learning needs and provide academic mentorship.
7. Examination Duties
Education- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with a CGPA of 3.3 or above.
- Master’s Degree or professional qualifications in the subject area are preferred.
Experience- Teaching experience in higher education is an advantage, but fresh graduates with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with hybrid and ODL teaching methodologies is a plus.
