We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Account Manager to provide crucial support in managing client relationships and account operations, focusing on the telecommunication industry. Client Relationship Management - Support the Account Manager in building and nurturing strong client relationships. - Serve as a secondary point of contact for client inquiries and issues. - Assist in identifying and addressing client needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Bid Management - Collaborate with the Account Manager to prepare and submit bids and proposals. - Ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards during the bid process. - Track deadlines and maintain a database of previous bids and proposals for future reference. Policy Awareness and Compliance - Ensure adherence to internal company policies, including confidentiality, anti-bribery, and - anti-corruption policies. - Stay informed about external regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring all activities comply with relevant laws and policies. - Collaborate with the compliance team to align account management practices with company and regulatory guidelines. - Conduct periodic reviews to identify and address any gaps in compliance. Reporting and Documentation - Prepare and maintain detailed records of account interactions, contracts, and performance data. - Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, account activities, bids, and compliance-related materials. - Ensure proper filing and organization of contracts, agreements, and invoices to facilitate easy retrieval and review. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all documentation aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements. Administrative Support - Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internally and with clients. - Provide administrative support to the Account Manager, ensuring smooth account operations. Team Collaboration - Work closely with other business unit teams to align account strategies with business objectives. - Provide support in resolving conflicts or issues within account operations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. - 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Knowledge of compliance policies and bid processes is an advantage. Preferred Skills - Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus. - Familiarity with bid and proposal preparation processes. - Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
