Responsibilities • Spearhead and drive all initiatives to elevate FLUX’s branding on our organic channels (e.g. socials). • Strategise, develop and own our content calendar and roadmap for all our socials and organic channels. • Conceptualise compelling stories to better introduce our brand to new audiences via influencer marketing. • Create and execute interesting and eye-catching content to help achieve FLUX’s business objectives for all our services (car subscriptions, motorcycle subscriptions, FLUX Business Class and Become a Host) • Providing smart perspective on overall social and content industry landscape, trends and best practices • Conceptualise FLUX’s editorial strategy to identify and optimise keywords for SEO • Review and report content strategy performance and impact to business goals, applying feedback to optimise future creatives. Requirements • Proven track record in social media management for a lifestyle brand. • 5-9 years of digital marketing experience, with an emphasis on social media, and or/content development. • Superb experience leading creative thinking in the digital space: content, media, social and activation. • A good understanding of new technology, new content solutions, social media events and developments—plus a strong connection with entertainment and pop culture. • Good intuition for consumer insights - you get what makes people tick. • The ability to back up great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoning. • Knowledge of social media performance metrics. • Attention to detail. • Good organisational and time-management skills.
