• Correlating with the Corporate HSSE Manager to achieve the HSSE common goal. • To be fully responsible to HSSE matters within the scope of the contract requirement not limited to: • Preparation and/or review of procedures, policy and documentation. • Execution and monitoring of Company HSSE Plan or programme or any new strategy. • Assisting in the preparation of the Corporate HSSE Plan and target. • Analyse Corporate HSSE performance and assist to improve it in order to sustain our HSSE standard • Implement and maintain HSSE-MS including sub-contractors or vendors if necessary • To assist in the implementation and monitor all safety and health rules and safe systems of work in place offshore. • To advise and monitor all offshore worksite personnel to execute their responsibilities in accordance with approved and established procedures. • Carry out safety inspection of the worksites to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved and established procedures. • To advice work supervisors on rectification of non-compliance found during inspections and accident control techniques observation, and close out the report. • To assist Corporate Health, Safety, Security & Environmental Manager, formulating information and data, pictures, sketched, in any investigation into accident / near misses occurred at worksite. • To assist and lead the ISO 45001:2018 certification and its compliance • Analyse Incident Tracking Record and subsequently to propose to management if any improvement required. • To assist in any investigation of accident, near misses, dangerous occurrences occurred in the project. • Participate in COMPANY Lean and COR initiatives • Any other duties assigned to you in the ensuring the smooth operations and high standard of health, safety, security and environmental performance at worksites.
