Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer Consultant to lead high-profile design projects, provide expert consultation, and mentor a team of designers. This role involves collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life, ensuring exceptional design quality, and driving project success from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation and Relationship Management Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets. Offer expert advice and innovative solutions tailored to client needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust. Design Leadership Develop comprehensive design concepts and presentations, including mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations. Project Management Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members to execute designs effectively. Monitor progress and quality control at all project stages. Team Mentorship and Development Guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering skill development. Encourage a collaborative and innovative work environment. Conduct design reviews and ensure alignment with company standards. Market and Trend Awareness Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies. Integrate sustainable and innovative practices into design solutions. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality projects. Strong understanding of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop). Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Leadership skills with a talent for inspiring and mentoring a team. Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishes. Preferred Attributes: Professional certification or membership in a recognized interior design organization (e.g., NCIDQ, CID). Experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality design projects.
