Key Responsibilities 1. Manage office supplies, inventory, and reordering as needed. 2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages). 3. Coordinate office maintenance to ensure cleanliness and equipment functionality. 4. Assist with event planning and setup for meetings, conferences, and other gatherings. 5. Maintain and update records, filing, and document storage systems for quick access. 6. Monitor and track renewals for contracts, licenses, and agreements (e.g., MBPP, e-Perolehan, hostel rental agreements, contracts with Bumi agents/vendors). 7. Organize and maintain files, records, and contracts systematically. 8. Oversee reception duties, including handling visitors and managing inquiries to the appropriate department. 9. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff. 10. Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring for office-related costs. 11. Assist with HR tasks like employee record management, leave tracking, and recruitment support. 12. Take on specific projects to improve administrative processes or support team initiatives. Job requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2. 2 - 5 years relevant working experience in doing general administrative tasks. 3. Good organizational and time management skill. 4. Computer literate with good IT skills and proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. 5. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
