Job Description HRA Executive provide HR and Administration support to employees, managers/Head of Departments that relate to human resource. Their work involves documenting grievances, terminations, absences, performance reports, and compensation and benefits information. Job Responsibilities 1. Coordinating recruitment including posting of job advertisement, selecting, and arranging interview activities 2. Coordinating employment process including issuance of appointment letter, documents, and orientation of new staff. 3. Monitoring and administer all type of leaves record, appraisal for confirmation and action to be taken thereafter, claims, insurance coverage enrolment and deletion etc 4. Identify competency gaps & propose for suitable training courses for employees. 5. Assist in developing HR policies and enforcement of these policies and procedures. 6. Handle employee relation, grievances and staff disciplinary issues, including disciplinary actions, staff misconduct advising and guiding management on the best practices by follow employment laws. 7. Handle all matters pertaining to expatriates 8. Assist with day to day operations for the HR and Admin Dept. 9. To undertake any ad-hoc duties as and when required. Requirements 1. Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent. 2. At least 2-3 Years of related working experience in the related field 3. Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR software systems 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 7. Good spoken & written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
