A. RESPONSIBILITIES 1 To respond to customer enquiry for new and existing product 2 To prepare and submit quotations to customer 3 To expedite the goods and make sure the goods are delivered on time 4 Responsible to out-source local and international market 5 Follow-up with customer regarding complaints 6 Monitor company sales based on current and forecast sales 7 Comply to QMS, EMS / OHS requirements and procedures. 8 To ensure that quoted price are competitve in the market B. AUTHORITIES 1 To confirm order to customer 2 To plan work flow for subordinate C. SKILLS REQUIRED 1 Good command of English -spoken and written 2 Knowledge of computer 3 Have analytical mind 4 Able to manage a group of people 5 Able to communicate at all levels 6 Able to read and write report 7 Understanding of QMS, EMS/OHS procedures and requirements.
