Telecommunications Technician

• Install, configure and maintain telecommunication equipment such as switches, routers and telephony systems. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and internal teams. • Diagnose and resolve network and equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime. • Troubleshoot and repair faults in voice and data communication systems. • Install and terminate network cables (e.g., Ethernet, fiber optic) following industry standards. • Ensure proper cable management and labeling for easy identification. • Assist in equipment upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to communication services. • Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
