Key Role: Business Development Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and client satisfaction. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to discover new business opportunities and ensure the company remains competitive. - Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value of the company's products or services. - Engage in negotiations with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and closing deals that align with company goals. - Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives. -Track and report on business development performance, analyzing data to refine and improve strategies. Qualifications: - Diploma/degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field. -Strategic Vision: Proven track record of 5 years in strategic business development, demonstrating your ability to drive growth in technology/IT sector. -Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies. -Relationship Building: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. -Leadership Abilities: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of both independent work and effective collaboration. -Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using, technology innovation solution and other relevant tools. - Age 40 to 58 years - Must Local malaysian - Prefer candidate from penang.
