Storekeeper

• To monitor store activities • To ensure that goods arriving at the store are inspected properly protected and stored. • To prepare stock for delivery to clients, ensuring that items are packed properly to avoid damage during transit. • To liaise with approved logistics firms to arrange delivery of goods. • To update stock figures in system upon goods leaving the store. • To ensure that items taken are recorded and returned in timely manner if not used at site. • To ensure that tools are recorded in system upon leaving and retuning to store. • To ensure the store area is kept in tidy, clean and free from clutter at all times. • To be responsible for correct stock figures. • To handle yearly stock take activities • To ensure the store equipment are well kept and maintain in good condition • Able to operate forklift • To standby when needed to open the store during off working days. • Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATE WILL BE NOTIFIED
