Senior QA Executive/ Approved Signatory (Selayang)

1) Conduct training for new recruits on the Laboratory’s Management System. 2) Provide adequate training and supervision to junior technician and ensure the technician equipped with testing & technical knowledge. 3) Conduct testing and record data into test report while performing testing when required. 4) Report any deviation of test method or procedure when performing test. 5) Verify equipment intermediate check records that have been carried out by QA Assistant / Technician. 6) Review and updates of Test Standards (International and Local) that the laboratory test methods and procedures are based on. 7) Perform method development, periodic review and verification of method inclusive evaluation of measurement uncertainty. 8) Prepare and update of ISO documents, work procedure, measurement uncertainty evaluation and test forms when required by the Manager (priority). 9) Participate in the internal audit as per ISO/IEC 17025, SAMM Policies and Quality Management System (priority). 10) Previously served as an approved signatory in certified/authorized reports in accordance with ISO 17025 : 2017, SP, AP, SC (priority) 11) In-charge of any non-conformances & customer complaint. 12) Attend meetings and trainings (both internal and external) when directed by superior, including preparing monthly management reports and meeting minutes.
