Organize workflow and ensure that workers understand their duties or delegated tasks 15. Monitor workers’ productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching 16. Monitor project site progress 17. Prepare and submit daily site dairy or performance reports 18. Train new workers 19. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises 20. Organize project and workers site working activity comply to project HSE requirement 21.
