Duties & Responsibilities To rotate in different job function/department within two months upon join date to understand the overall business operation’s workflows. To understand and develop budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections for all business development proposals. To build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms. To share and apply their knowledge on the economic factors and pricing techniques to win the market. To knows and understands customer requirements, can establish the customer’s profile, prepare an action plan and set realistic targets for sales to improve the profit margin. To create an in-house information sharing network for all data collected internally (statistics, production and sales volumes, reports on visits to customers) and externally (market data, e-information, media, etc). To collect data about competitors’ actions (product launches, volumes, prices, technical services, market share, etc.) and update it into the internal database. To identify market opportunities and niches before competitors, and understands new customer initiatives and/or innovations and do information sharing within the Group. To prepare action plan that can be used to develop a marketing plan. To analyze sales and key metrics to identify business opportunities. To analyze and identify the strengths and weaknesses of a competitor’s growth strategy. To enhance and maintain the Sales Information System. To find out e-business opportunities and other modern sales and logistics method and tools. To close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations. To grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to customers. To effectively monitor the business performance and take corrective action if necessary. To creates reliable short, medium and long-term forecasts. To ensure continuous customer satisfaction as to maintain reputation of the company. To response to offers, makes quotations and follow up with customers in accordance with the competitive environment can negotiate agreements that meet sales objectives. To trade small electrical vehicles, adhesives, sealants, building materials and chemicals, pharmaceutical products and medical devices or medical kits or medical instruments for the Group of Companies. Experience a. Minimum 2 years of working experience in of technical sales. b. Preferably candidate with knowledge in business operation processes, products and application. c. Knowledgeable with marketing and innovation. d. Expert in strategic, operational marketing and supply chain. e. Expert in measurement and tracking market and product competitiveness. f. Expert in image and branding. g. Expert in negotiation skills and have power of closing sales in all circumstances. h. Team player and excellent leadership abilities. i. Strong personality and commitment to excellence. j. Reliable, well organized and capable to work independently. k. Preferably candidate with knowledge in social media platform. l. Have experience dealing with multinational company.
