• Oversees the complete service of all Lakepark Komer Copitiam. • Wearing of assigned uniform and presenting himself /herself in a neat and Hygienic manner. • Being punctual and signing time sheet when coming or going off duty • Preparing misc en place for service, setting up restaurant as requested by Management. • Servicing of food, beverages in fast, efficient and professional manner as described in the manual. • Fulfilling all side duties and cleaning jobs as requested by Management to the best of his ability • Attending regular training program held within the hotel for the betterment of his/her career. • Attending to any other duties that might be requested of him/her time to time by Management • To be assigned to any F & B outlets as deemed necessary by the Management for the benefit of the customer. • To assist in the beverage inventory as assign by the Captain of the day. • To serve the guest in the most efficient manner in pleasant, luxurious surroundings and assisting Management to achieve a profitable operation. • To stand by in case of needed of overtime priority in the outlet or others outlet mostly in the banquet functions. • Giving endless support for the department to achieve targeted revenue in their outlet. • Attending internal training conducted by the leader to sharpen up the knowledge and skills. • Ensure the work place and back of house were clean and neat • Check assigned station and ensures tables are properly set and ready for business • Ensures tables, chairs and ashtrays are clean and set before quests are seated. • Comply with Employee Handbook clauses • Relieves the waiter/waitress in their absence • Must wear names tag and carry your ID cards at all times • Do familiarize with quests other than in the line of duty. • Do not be rude to guests. • Give your best to our guests • Never allow the SMILE to leave you.. • To ensure on the compliance of the SOP in the Company. • Able to assist any other F&B department as instructed by the Managements • To ensure all equipment ready to use by guest Follow Company’s S.O.P on the right track by referring senior
