QAQC ENGINEER

Incoming 1. To plan and execute the improvement for incoming inspection and vendor plan; 2. To verify and plan for quality random inspection; 3. To issue and follow up on all Corrective Action Request issues to in house departments and supplier; 4. To attend to customer complaint regarding to the incoming material, analyse failure and drive for the improvement; 5. To ensure work flows, processes and products comply with safety regulations; 6. To develop corrective actions, solutions and improvements; 7. To review and audit on process and quality of vendor; 8. Upkeep of in- process assembly checklist; 9. To plan and control measuring devices used in the factory; 10. To arrange overtime for incoming QC when needed; 11. To review and up keep critical skill requirement for all incoming QC; 12. Implementation of ISO 9001 Requirements; 13. Any assignment given by management. In Process 1. To verify and plan for quality inspection at QC in- process station; 2. To plan and drive for quality improvement activities in house; 3. To trouble shoot quality issues on the shop floor and carry out random inspection on the factory floor; 4. To perform monthly QC patrol; 5. To issue and follow up on all Corrective Action Request issues regarding to customer complaint; 6. To plan and control of measuring devices used in the shop floor; 7. To attend to customer complaints regarding to the in-process defects, analyse failure and drive for improvement; 8. To ensure that work flows, processes and products comply with safety regulation 9. Collaborating with Operation / Production to develop and implement controls and improvement; 10. To arrange overtime in-process QC when needed; 11. To review and up keep critical skill requirements for all in-process QC; 12. Implementation of ISO 9001 Requirements;
