Job Responsibilities:

  1. Product Promotion and Sales
  • Actively promote credit card products and deposit accounts tailored to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable banking solutions.

2. Lead Generation and Networking

  • Collaborate with Corporate & Institutional Clients, Commercial Clients, and Priority Banking teams to identify potential leads.
  • Build and maintain a database of Employee Banking customers for relationship-building and cross-selling opportunities.

3. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Provide consistent after-sales support and act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and needs.

4. Marketing and Campaign Participation

  • Participate in promotional campaigns, roadshows, and events to generate leads and increase awareness of Employee Banking offerings.
  • Utilize internal tools and resources to enhance sales effectiveness and customer outreach.

5. Collaboration and Support

  • Work closely with a dedicated Relationship Manager to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless banking experience.
