Answering incoming calls, emails & chat transactions from customers on inquiries, complaints, problem solving and to provide quality service that exceeds the guest's expectation, coupled with real-time escalations. 2. Listen attentively to customer needs, concerns and demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer. 3. Helping maintain workplace security by maintaining visitor logs. 4. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc. 5. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties. Job Requirements: 1. Candidate must possess at least SPM certificate and above. 2. Fresh graduates also encourage to apply. 3. Pleasant personality, polite and tactful. 4. Good communication skills. 5. Good at computer usage eg: Microsoft Office. 6. Mandarin speaking is an advantage to hire, because most of our client is come from China.
