Key Responsibilities
Application Development:- Lead the development of modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular.

- Technical Leadership:
- Guide and mentor a team of front-end developers, promoting best practices in coding, design, and testing.
- Drive the adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure smooth integration between the front-end and back-end systems, maintaining end-to-end system reliability.
- Code Quality and Testing:
- Implement and enforce coding standards and conduct regular code reviews.
- Write unit tests and support end-to-end testing to ensure the reliability of front-end applications.
- Innovation and Optimization:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end development and remittance technology.
- Optimize applications for performance, ensuring minimal latency and maximum usability, even in low-bandwidth environments.

- Experience in developing solutions for cross-border remittance, payments, or financial services.
