Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support:
    • Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly to minimize downtime.
    • System Maintenance:
      • Perform routine maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and servers.
      • Update and patch software to ensure system security and efficiency.
      • Network Management:
        • Assist in managing the company’s LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity.
        • Monitor network performance and address connectivity issues.
        • Inventory Management:
          • Maintain an updated inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
          • Coordinate with vendors for procurement and repair services.
          • User Training and Documentation:
            • Train employees on the use of new software or systems.
            • Create and maintain IT documentation, including user guides and procedures.
            • Data Security:
              • Support data backup and recovery processes.
              • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and protocols.

                Qualifications:

                • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
                • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
                • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows/Mac), MS Office, and network troubleshooting.
                • Familiarity with ERP systems and database management is a plus.
                • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
                • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
    • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
    • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
    • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
    • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
