- Conduct regular site visits to ensure security personnel adhere to company policies, client requirements, and operational standards.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
- Implement and enforce operational procedures to maintain high-quality security services.
- Schedule, assign, and supervise security personnel to meet operational requirements.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and address disciplinary matters when necessary.
- Conduct training and development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Maintain records of employee attendance, certifications, and performance reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.
- Conduct site risk assessments and provide tailored security solutions to meet client needs.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and address client concerns in a professional manner. Ensure all operations comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Prepare and submit detailed incident and operational reports to management and clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all operational activities and resources.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop long-term operational goals.
