• Responsible for securing the necessary licenses, permits, and other documents from the various regulatory agencies for project establishment and implementation • Collaborate and communicate successfully with relevant government institutions and authorities. • Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the project and any issues that arise. • Act as a positive representation of the Company to all Government and Local stakeholders. • Map all stakeholders at National and State levels and ensure the staff are kept updated on the structures of government at all level including any changes. • Draft official/correspondence letters (when necessary) to communicate formally with relevant local government bodies. • Assist with onsite activities such as: • Organise periodic renewal of Licenses • Submission of correct documentation to the Ministry Of Labor for visa applications • Submission of correct documentation to obtain licenses and efficient collection of licenses to take place when completed • Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperwork. • Arrange medical tests, passports, memos, promotional draws and fine resolution. • Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Hotels, Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments • Meet and greet employees at airport upon arrival • Plan and launch public relation programs such as preparing circulars, letters and notices. • Maintaining of all statutory registers and records • Promptly respond to any events as necessary. • Understand all necessary procedures and permits requirement, apply and follow up to maintain the project timeline in land acquisition, site access, construction commencement and project start-up. • Assist in client/stakeholder management 1. Handle all enquires and clients complains / feedback. 2. Handle incoming & outgoing letter from & to relevant authorities 3. Main liaison between external and internal clients. 4. Coordinate with relevant government bodies/agencies during the project. 5. To disseminate information & handle complaints/feedback from public & stakeholders • Assist other general administrative support to the Project Team • Assist in any audit and compliance related tasks. • Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of job on time at site. • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required. • Perform related duties/work as required and/or assigned by Project / Site Manager.
