JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Executive to join our team in the Retail and Distribution industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth distribution operations. KEY DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES: 1) Sales Development: • Identify and target potential retail clients, distributors, and wholesalers. • Promote the company’s products (Agromas) to increase sales in retail outlets and distribution channels. 2) Account Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and key decision-makers. • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent customer services. 3) Territory Management: • Manage and grow sales within an assigned geographical area or product category. • Visit retail locations regularly to monitor product placement, stock levels and overall performance. 4) Order Management and Coordination: • Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and distribution of products. • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage inventory and resolve supply chain issues. 5) Market and Competitor Analysis: • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. • Provide insight to the marketing team for tailored promotional campaigns. 6) Reporting and Target Achievement: • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Prepare detailed sales reports, highlighting progress, challenges and opportunities.
